seconds
— Sets the estimated number of seconds it takes to transmit a link
state update packet over this interface. (Range: 1–3600 seconds)
Default Configuration
1 is the default number of seconds.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode.
User Guidelines
This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example sets the OSPF Transit Delay for VLAN 15 at 20
seconds.
console(config-if-vlan15)#ip ospf transmit-delay 20
log adjacency-changes
Use the log adjacency-changes command in OSPFv2 Router Configuration
mode to enable logging of OSPFv2 neighbor state changes.
Use the no form of the command to disable state change logging.
Syntax
log-adjacency-changes [detail]
no log-adjacency-changes [detail]

Parameter Description
detail (Optional) When this keyword is specified, all adjacency state
changes are logged. Otherwise, OSPF only logs transitions to
FULL state and when a backwards transition occurs.
