310 Address Table Commands
Example
The following example shows using this command in Ethernet Interface
Configuration mode.
console(config-if-Te1/0/3)# port security max 80
show mac address-table multicast
Use the show mac address-table multicast command in Privileged EXEC
mode to display Multicast MAC address table information.
Syntax
show mac address-table multicast [vlan
vlan-id
]

mac-multicast-
address

ip-multicast-address
}] [format {ip | mac}]

vlan_id
— A valid VLAN ID value.
•
mac-multicast-address
— A valid MAC Multicast address.
•
ip- multicast-address —
A valid IP Multicast address.

format
—
Multicast address format. Can be
ip
or
mac
.
Default Configuration
If format is unspecified, the default is mac.
Command Mode
Privileged EXEC mode, Config mode and all Config sub-modes
User Guidelines
A MAC address can be displayed in IP format only if it is in the range
01:00:5e:00:00:00 through 01:00:5e:7f:ff:ff.
Example
In this example, Multicast MAC address table information is displayed.
console#show mac address-table multicast
