The CLI mode is changed to Policy-Class-Map Configuration when this
command is successfully executed.
The policy type dictates which of the individual policy attribute commands
are valid within the policy definition.
Example
The following example shows how to establish a new ingress DiffServ policy
named "DELL."
console(config)#policy-map DELL in

random-detect queue-parms
Use the random-detect queue-parms command to configure the green, yellow
and red TCP and non-TCP packet minimum and maximum thresholds and
corresponding drop probabilities on an interface or all interfaces.

Parameter Description
queue-id The class of service queue. Range 0 to 6.
min-thresh The minimum threshold at which to begin dropping, based on
the configured maximum drop probability for each color and
for non-TCP packets. Range 0 to 100.
