10. Replace the four screws that secure the LSI 9265-8i card
assembly.
11. Install the system-board assembly. See Installing a System-
Board Assemblyon page 173.
Cable Routing for LSI 9265-8i Card (2U Node)
1. Connect the Mini-SAS&SGPIO cable to the LSI 9265-8i card,
and connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding
connectors on the interposer extender for 2U node. Ensure the
cables go through the cable clip ring. See Figure 3-37.
2. Connect the Mini-SAS cable to the LSI 9265-8i card, and
connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding
connector on the system board. Ensure the cables go through
the cable clip ring. See Figure 3-37.
3. Connect the RAID battery cable to the BBU interposer card on
the LSI 9265-8i card, and connect the other end of the cable to
the corresponding connector on the RAID battery. See Figure 3-
37.
4. Connect the power cable to the interposer extender for 2U
node, and connect the other end of the cable to the
corresponding connector on the system board. See Figure 3-37.
NOTE:
When connecting the RAID battery cable, the BBU interposer card should
be installed on the LSI 9265-8i card. The BBU interposer card in the figure below
is just for you reference.
