NOTE: You must remove the cooling shroud retention bar to replace a faulty retention bar or service other components
inside the system.
5. Ensure that the memory module socket ejectors are in the locked position.
Steps
1. Lower the cooling shroud retention bar into the system until the screw holes on the cooling shroud retention bar align with
the screw holes on the chassis.
2. Install the screws to secure the cooling shroud retention bar to the system.
