7. Locate and press the tabs on the information tag.
8. Push the information tag out of the slot to remove it from the control panel.
NOTE
: Retain the information tag for replacement in the new control panel.

Installing The Control Panel (PowerEdge R720)
CAUTION

troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in your product documentation, or as directed by the online or
telephone service and support team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized by Dell is not covered by your
warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions that came with the product.
1. Replace the blank information tag in the new control panel with the information tag retained from the old control
panel.
