Description
If this attribute is set to Unlocked, then all BIOS update is allowed. If set to Limited, then local BIOS updates from
DOS or UEFI shell based flash utilities, or Lifecycle Controller user interface is disallowed.

TpmSecurity=OnPbm (Pending Value=OnPbm).
