This chapter provides guidelines only for configuring ESXi hosts that are connected externally to PowerStore. For configuring an
internal ESXi host in PowerStore, refer to the PowerStore Virtualization Guide document.

The following table summarizes all used and recommended variables and their values when configuring hosts for VMware
vSphere.
NOTE: Unless indicated otherwise, use the default parameters values.
