The Acct-Session-ID is the same as the session identifier used in accounting
messages.

Example
This example globally enables sending the Acct-Session-ID in Access-Request
messages.
console(config)#radius server attribute 44 include-in-access-request
radius server attribute mac format
Use the radius server attribute mac format command to globally configure
the format of the Original-Called-Number (30), Calling-Station-ID (31),
NAS-Identifier (32) attributes sent to the RADIUS server in Access-Request
and Acct-Request messages. Use the no form of the command to return the
MAC address format to the default.
