NOTE: Debug commands are not persistent across resets.
debug aaa accounting
Use the debug aaa accounting command to enable debugging for accounting.
Use the no form of the command to disable accounting debugging.
Syntax
debug aaa accounting
no debug aaa accounting

Debugging is disabled by default.
