Example
The following example globally configures the mapping for IP DSCP 1 to
traffic class 2. If trust mode is enabled for DSCP (classofservice trust ip-
dscp), packets received on any interface marked with DSCP 1 will be assigned
to internal CoS queue 2.
console(config)#classofservice ip-dscp-mapping 1 2
classofservice trust
Use the classofservice trust command in either Global Configuration mode
or Interface Configuration mode to set the class of service trust mode of an
interface. To set the interface mode to untrusted, use the no form of this
command.
Syntax
classofservice trust {dot1p | untrusted | ip-dscp}
no classofservice trust
dot1p
Specifies that the mode be set to trust dot1p IEEE 802.1p packet
markings.
untrusted
— Sets the Class of Service Trust Mode to Untrusted.
ip-dscp
— Specifies that the mode be set to trust IP DSCP packet
markings.
