N3200-ON Series Rear Panel
On all N3200-ON models, except the N3208PX-ON, there are two QSFP28
ports in the rear. These ports do not support QSFP transceivers. Inserting a
QSFP transceiver may damage the switch. Each of these ports support
configuring in 4 × 25G, 2 × 50G, or 1 × 100G lane configuration. When
configured in 2 × 50G mode, these ports may be configured in Ethernet
mode or stacking mode. Ports, when configured in 1 × 100G or 4 × 25G,
support only Ethernet mode. Auto-negotiation is not supported when
configured for 2 × 50G Ethernet mode. Each lane is mapped to a suitably-
named Ethernet interface. Unmapped interfaces show their status as
detached. A suitable breakout cable may be required.
