Use the erase command to erase the startup configuration, the backup
configuration, or the backup image, or a Dell-supplied application.
Syntax
erase {filename | startup-config | backup-image | backup-config |
application

—The name of a file on the flash drive.
startup-config
—Erases the contents of the startup configuration file.
backup-image
—Erase the backup image.
backup-config
—Erases the backup configuration.
application
filename
—Erases a Dell-supplied application.
