This section explains the following commands:
clear mac address-table
Use the clear mac address-table command in Privileged Exec mode to remove
learned entries from the forwarding database.
Syntax
clear mac address-table dynamic [address
mac-addr
| interface
interface-id
|
vlan
vlan-id
]
mac-addr
Delete the specified MAC address.
interface-id
Delete all dynamic MAC addresses on the specified Ethernet port
or port channel.
vlan-id
Delete all dynamic MAC addresses for the specified VLAN. The range
is 1 to 4093.
