This command has no default setting.

User Guidelines
Do not configure private VLANs on ports configured with any of these
features:
• Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP)
• Multicast VLAN Registration (MVR)
• Voice VLAN
It is recommended that the private VLAN host ports be configured as
spanning-tree portfast.
The command displays the following information.
switchport access vlan
Use the switchport access vlan command in Interface Configuration mode to
configure the VLAN ID when the interface is in access mode. To reconfigure
the interface to use the default VLAN, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
switchport access vlan vlan-id
no switchport access vlan
• vlan-id — The identifier of the VLAN associated with the access port.
Parameter Description
Primary Primary VLAN ID.
Secondary Secondary VLAN ID.
Type Secondary VLAN type. Use the type parameter to display only
private VLAN ID and its type.
Ports Ports that are associated with a private VLAN.
