username
Use the username command in Global Configuration mode to add a new user
to the local user database. The default privilege level is 1. The command
optionally allows the specification of an Administrative Profile for a local user.
Use the no form of this command to remove the username from the local user
database.
Syntax
username name {nopassword|password

name—
The name of the user. Range: 1-32 printable characters. The
special characters allowed in the password include ! # $ % & ‘ ( ) * +
, - . / : ; < = > @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~. Question marks are
disallowed.User names can contain blanks if the name is surrounded by
double quotes.
