contact-person
Use the contact-person command to configure the contact information to be
sent to the SupportAssist server. Use the no form of the command to remove
the contact information.
Syntax
contact-person first firstname last lastname email-address primary
emailaddress phone phone-number preferred-method { email | phone }
no contact-person
• firstname — The first name of the technical contact person. Maximum
of 50 printable characters.
• lastname — The last name of the technical contact person. Maximum
of 50 printable characters.
• email-address primary—The primary email address of the technical
contact. Maximum of 50 printable characters.
• phone—The complete phone number. Maximum of 23 printable
characters.
• preferred-method—The preferred method of contact. May be either
email or phone.
Default Configuration
No contact person information is populated by default.
