Database Description packet is rejected and the OSPF adjacency is not
established. Use the no form of the command to enable OSPF maximum
transmission unit (MTU) mismatch detection.
Syntax
ip ospf mtu-ignore
no ip ospf mtu-ignore
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode.
User Guidelines
This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example disables OSPF MTU mismatch detection on VLAN
interface 15.
console(config-if-vlan1)#ip ospf mtu-ignore
ip ospf network
Use the ip ospf network command to configure OSPF to treat an interface as
a point-to-point rather than broadcast interface. To return to the default
value, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
ip ospf network {broadcast | point-to-point}
no ip ospf network
• broadcast — Set the network type to broadcast.
• point-to-point — Set the network type to point-to-point
