ntp multicast client
To receive NTP information from the network via multicast, congure the switch.
Syntax
ntp multicast client [multicast-address]
To disable multicast reception, use the no ntp multicast client [multicast-address]
command.
Parameters
multicast-address (OPTIONAL) Enter a multicast address. Enter either an IPv4 address in dotted
decimal format or an IPv6 address in X:X:X:X::X format. If you do not enter a
multicast address, the address:
224.0.1.1 is congured if the interface address is IPv4
05::101 is congured if the interface address is IPv6
Defaults Not congured.

ntp master <stratum>
Congure the switch as NTP Server.
Syntax
ntp master <stratum>
Parameters
ntp
master<stratum>
Enter the stratum number to identify the NTP Server's hierarchy.
Defaults Not congured.
