Usage Information
All routers apply the bgp default local-preference command setting within the AS. To set the
local preference for a specic route, use the set local-preference command in ROUTE-MAP mode.
Related Commands set local-preference — assigns a local preference value for a specic route.
bgp dmzlink-bw
Enables BGP Link Bandwidth.
Syntax
bgp dmzlink-bw
To disable BGP Link Bandwidth, enter the no bgp dmzlink-bw command.
Parameters
dmzlink-bw Enter the keyword dmzlink-bw to enable BGP Link Bandwidth in BGP multipath.

Usage Information
Conguring or un-conguring the command will bring down and bring up the BGP Route Manager, this will
result in tear down and re-establishment of all active sessions.
Link Bandwidth has to be congured on the router in order to tell it to associate Link Bandwidth with
prexes (paths) and/or to use Link Bandwidth in BGP Multipath route selection.
This is done under BGP conguration and is supported per address family – for IPv4 and IPv6 address
families.
The conguration for a particular address family will apply across all VRFs congured.
This command must be performed on the router which is attaching link bandwidth to prexes (typically a
border router) as well as the router which is expected to load share trac proportional to the bandwidth of
the external links.
bgp enforce-rst-as
Disable (or enable) enforce-rst-as check for updates received from EBGP peers.
