neighbor weight
Assign a weight to the neighbor connection, which is used to determine the best path.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} weight weight
To remove a weight value, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} weight
command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the peer router in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group to disable all routers within the peer group.
weight Enter a number as the weight. The range is from 0 to 65535. The default is 0.

Usage Information
In the Dell Networking OS best path selection process, the path with the highest weight value is preferred.
NOTE: In the Dell Networking OS best-path selection process, the path with the highest weight
value is preferred.
If you congure the set weight command in a route map applied to this neighbor, the weight set in that
command overrides the weight set in the neighbor weight command.
Related Commands set weight — assigns a weight to all paths meeting the route map criteria.
