Usage Information
The following describes the show ip bgp regexp command shown in the following example.
Field Description
Network Displays the destination network prex of each BGP route.
Next Hop Displays the next hop address of the BGP router. If 0.0.0.0 is listed in this column,
then non-BGP routes exist in the router’s routing table.
Metric Displays the BGP router’s metric, if assigned.
LocPrf Displays the BGP LOCAL_PREF attribute for the route.
Weight Displays the route’s weight
Path Lists all the AS paths the route passed through to reach the destination network.

show ip bgp summary
Allows you to view the status of all BGP connections.
Syntax
show ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] [ipv4 {multicast | unicast} | ipv6 unicast]
summary
Parameters
vrf vrf-name (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vrf and then the name of the VRF to view the
status of all BGP connections corresponding to that VRF.
ipv4 multicast (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword ipv4 followed by the keyword multicast to
view information related only to ipv4 multicast routes.
ipv4 unicast (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword ipv4 followed by the keyword unicast to view
information related only to ipv4 unicast routes.
ipv6 unicast (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword ipv6 followed by the keyword unicast to view
information related only to ipv6 unicast routes.
