forward-delay — changes the wait time before STP transitions to the Forwarding state.
max-age — changes the wait time before STP refreshes protocol conguration information.
max-age
To maintain conguration information before refreshing that information, set the time interval for the spanning tree bridge.
Syntax
max-age seconds
To return to the default values, use the no max-age command.
Parameters
seconds Enter a number of seconds the Dell Networking OS waits before refreshing conguration
information. The range is from 6 to 40. The default is 20 seconds.
Defaults 20 seconds
