Parameters
interface (OPTIONAL) Enter the following keywords and the interface information:
• For a 1-GigabitEthernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet then the
slot/port information.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port information.

Congure an interval between FEFD control packets.
Syntax
fefd-global interval seconds
To return to the default value, use the no fefd-global interval command.
Parameters
seconds Enter a number as the time between FEFD control packets. The range is from 3 to 300
seconds. The default is 15 seconds.
