Usage Information
This command provides the exibility to ne-tune the timer values based on individual interface needs when ISIS
BFD is congured in CONFIGURATION mode. Any timer values specied with this command overrides timers set
using the bfd all-neighbors command. Using the no form of this command does not disable BFD if BFD is
congured in CONFIGURATION mode.
To disable BFD on a specic interface while BFD is congured in CONFIGURATION mode, use the keyword
disable.
neighbor bfd disable
Explicitly disable a BFD session with a BGP neighbor or a BGP peer group.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} bfd disable
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the BGP neighbor that you want to explicitly disable for BFD
sessions in dotted decimal format (A.B.C.D).
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group that you want to explicitly disable for BFD sessions.
Defaults None
