show ip bgp extcommunity-list
Displays BGP routes that match any of the extended community attributes from an extended community list.
Syntax
show ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] [{ipv4 | ipv6} unicast] [extcommunity-list
extcommunity-list-name]
Parameters
● vrf vrf-name—Enter the name of the VRF to view information about all routes with extended
community attributes corresponding to that VRF.
● ipv4 unicast—Displays information that is related to IPv4 unicast routes.
● ipv6 unicast—Displays information that is related to IPv6 unicast routes.
● extcommunity-list extcommunity-list-name—Enter the extended community list name
(maximum of 140 characters).

Information
This command is used to display BGP routes that match any extended community attribute from the
given extended community list.
Example
OS10# show ip bgp ipv6 unicast extcommunity-list ext-com

Displays BGP flap statistics on BGP routes.
Syntax
show ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] flap-statistics
Parameters None

Usage
Information
● vrf vrf-name — (OPTIONAL) Enter vrf and then the name of the VRF to view flap statistics on
BGP routes corresponding to that VRF.
● Network — Displays the network ID where the route is flapping.
● From — Displays the IP address of the neighbor advertising the flapping route.
● Duration — Displays the HH:MM:SS after the route first flapped.
● Flaps — Displays the number of times the route flapped.
● Reuse — Displays the HH:MM:SS until the flapped route is available.
● Path — Lists all AS the flapping route passed through to reach the destination network.
