track
Monitor an interface and lower the priority value of the VRRP group on that interface if it is disabled.
Syntax
track interface [priority-cost cost]
To disable monitoring, use the no track interface command.
Parameters
interface (OPTIONAL) Enter the following keywords and the interface information:
For a 1-GigabitEthernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet then the
slot/port information.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port information.
For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan, and then the VLAN ID. The VLAN ID
range is from 1 to 4094.
priority-cost (OPTIONAL) Enter a number as the amount to subtract from the priority value. The range
is from 1 to 254. The default is 10.
Defaults priority cost = 10
