Activates Transaction-Based Conguration mode for the active session.
Syntax
start transaction
Parameters transaction - Enables the transaction-based conguration.
Default Not congured
Command Mode EXEC
Usage Information Use this command to save changes to the candidate conguration before applying conguration changes to the
running conguration.
NOTE: Before you start a transaction, you must lock the session using the lock command in EXEC
mode. Otherwise, the conguration changes from other sessions get committed.

OS10# start transaction

Executes a Linux command from within OS10.

Parameters command — Enter the Linux command to execute.
