vfabric
Congures a vfabric.
Syntax
vfabric fabric-ID
Parameters fabric-ID — Enter the fabric ID, from 1 to 255.
Defaults Not congured

Usage Information
Enable the F_Port or NPG feature before conguring a vfabric. You can congure only one vfabric in F_Port mode.
The vfabric becomes active only when you congure the vfabric with a valid VLAN and FC map. Do not use
spanned VLAN as vfabric VLAN.
The no version of this command removes the vfabric. You can remove a vfabric only when it is not applied on any
interface.

OS10(config)# vfabric 100

vfabric (interface)
Applies an existing vfabric to an Ethernet or FC interface.
Syntax
vfabric fabric-ID
Parameters fabric-ID — Enter the fabric ID, from 1 to 255.
Defaults Not congured
Command Mode INTERFACE
Usage Information
The no version of this command removes the vfabric from the interface.

OS10(config)# interface fibrechannel 1/1/1
OS10(conf-if-fc1/1/1)# vfabric 100
OS10(config)# interface ethernet 1/1/10
OS10(conf-if-eth1/1/10)# vfabric 200

Associates an existing VLAN ID to the vfabric to carry trac.

vlan vlan-ID
Parameters vlan-ID — Enter an existing VLAN ID.
