show ip bgp dampened-paths
Displays BGP routes that are dampened or non-active.
Syntax
show ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] dampened-paths
Parameters None

Usage Information
• vrf vrf-name — (OPTIONAL) Enter vrf and then the name of the VRF to view routes that are aected
by a specic community list corresponding to that VRF.
• Network — Displays the network ID where the route is dampened.
• From — Displays the IP address of the neighbor advertising the dampened route.
• Reuse — Displays the HH:MM:SS until the dampened route is available.
• Path — Lists all AS the dampened route passed through to reach the destination network.

show ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] flap-statistics

Usage Information
• vrf vrf-name — (OPTIONAL) Enter vrf and then the name of the VRF to view ap statistics on BGP
routes corresponding to that VRF.
• Network — Displays the network ID where the route is apping.
• From — Displays the IP address of the neighbor advertising the apping route.
• Duration — Displays the HH:MM:SS after the route rst apped.
• Flaps — Displays the number of times the route apped.
• Reuse — Displays the HH:MM:SS until the apped route is available.
• Path — Lists all AS the apping route passed through to reach the destination network.
