Usage Information
Entering debug isis enables all debugging parameters.
To display all debugging information in one output, use this command. To turn o debugging, you normally enter
separate no forms of each command. To disable all debug messages for IS-IS at once, enter the no debug isis
command.
debug isis adj-packets
Enable debugging on adjacency-related activity such as hello packets that are sent and received on IS-IS adjacencies.
Syntax
debug isis [vrf vrf-name] adj-packets [interface]
To turn o debugging, use the no debug isis [vrf vrf-name]adj-packets [interface]
command.
Parameters
vrf vrf-name (Optional) Enter the keyword vrf followed by the name of the VRF to enable the debug
information on IS-IS for an adjacency tied to that VRF. This command displays the IIH
related debug details.
interface (OPTIONAL) Identies the interface type and the interface information:
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port[/subport] information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE then the slot/
port information.
For a port channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel then a number.
For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan then a number from 1 to 4094.
