clear ipv6 ospf statistics
Clears OSPFv3 trac statistics.
Syntax
clear ipv6 ospf [instance-number] [vrf vrf-name] statistics
Parameters
instance-number — (Optional) Enter an OSPFv3 instance number, from 1 to 65535.
vrf vrf-name — (Optional) Enter the keyword vrf followed by the name of the VRF to clear OSPFv3
statistics in that VRF.

Usage Information This command clears the OSPFv3 trac statistics in a specied instance or in all the congured OSPFv3
instances, and resets them to zero.

OS10# clear ipv6 ospf 100 statistics

Generates and distributes a default external route information to the OSPFv3 routing domain.
Syntax
default-information originate [always]
Parameters always — (Optional) Always advertise the default route.
Defaults Disabled
Command Mode ROUTER-OSPFv3
Usage Information The no version of this command disables the distribution of default route.

OS10(config)# router ospfv3 100
OS10(config-router-ospfv3-100)# default-information originate always

Attaches an interface to an OSPF area.
Syntax
ipv6 ospf process-id area area-id
Parameters
process-id—Enter an OSPFv3 process ID for a specic OSPFv3 process, from 1 to 65535.
area-id—Enter the OSPFv3 area ID in dotted decimal A.B.C.D format or enter an area ID number, from 1 to
65535.

Usage Information The no version of this command removes an interface from an OSPFv3 area.
