ntp trusted-key
Sets a key to authenticate the system to which NTP synchronizes with.
Syntax
ntp trusted-key number
Parameters numberEnter the trusted key ID, from 1 to 4294967295.

Information
The number parameter must be the same number as the number parameter in the ntp
authentication-key command. If you change the ntp authentication-key command, you
must also change this command.
Supported on the MX9116n and MX5108n switches in Full Switch mode starting in release 10.4.0E(R3S).
Also supported in SmartFabric mode starting in release 10.5.0.1

Displays the NTP master and peers.
Syntax
show ntp associations [vrf {management | vrf-name}]
Parameters
managementEnter the keyword to display NTP information corresponding to the management VRF
instance.
vrf-nameEnter the keyword then the name of the VRF to display NTP information corresponding
to that nondefault VRF instance.

ref clockIP address of the remote peer reference clock.
stPeer stratum, the number of hops away from the external time source. 16 means that the NTP
peer cannot reach the time source.
whenLast time the device received an NTP packet.
