Migrate VMs across data centers
OS10 switches support movement of virtual machines (VMs) across data centers using VRRP Active-Active mode.
Congure symmetric VRRP with same VRRP group ID and virtual IP in VLANs stretched or spanned across data centers. VMs use the
VRRP Virtual IP address of the VLAN as Gateway IP. As the VLAN congurations are symmetric across data centers, you can move the
VMs from one data center to another..
You must assign the same VRRP group IDs to the VLANs in L3 mode, with VRRP in Active-Active mode.
