速率
协议数据单元 (PDU) 在端口通道 (LAG) 接口之间交换以保持 LACP 会话。PDU 以较慢或较快的传输速率进行传输，具体取决于
LACP 超时值。超时值是 LAG 接口在 LACP 会话停止之前等待来自远程系统 PDU 的时间量。
默认情况下，LACP 速率为 normal（长超时）。如果配置 fast LACP 速率，将会设置短的超时。
• 设置 CONFIGURATION 模式下的 LACP 速率。
