vlan forward-delay — changes the time interval before FTOS transitions to the Forwarding
state.
vlan hello-time — change the time interval between BPDUs.

Set the amount of time the interface waits in the Listening state and the Learning state before transitioning to the
Forwarding state.

Syntax
vlan vlan-range forward-delay seconds
To return to the default setting, use the no vlan forward-delay command.
Parameters
vlan
vlan-range
Enter the keyword vlan then the VLAN numbers. The range is from 1
to 4094.
forward-delay
seconds
Enter the keywords forward-delay then the time interval, in
seconds, that FTOS waits before transitioning PVST+ to the
forwarding state. The range is from 4 to 30 seconds. The default is
15
seconds.
Defaults 15 seconds
