View information on routes being dampened.

debug ip bgp ipv4 multicast dampening
To disable debugging, use the no debug ip bgp ipv4 multicast dampening
command.
Parameters
dampening Enter the keyword dampening to clear route flap dampening
information.

debug ip bgp events
Display information on local BGP state changes and other BGP events.

Syntax
debug ip bgp [ip-address | peer-group peer-group-name] events
[in | out]
To disable debugging, use the no debug ip bgp [ip-address | peer-group
peer-group-name] events command.
Parameters
ip-address (OPTIONAL) Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal
format.
peer-group peer-
group-name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword peer-group then the name of the
peer group.
in (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword in to view only events on inbound
BGP messages.
