Usage 
Information
The IS-IS protocol automatically determines area boundaries and are able to keep Level 1 and 
Level 2 routing separate. Poorly planned use of this feature may cause configuration errors, 
such as accidental area partitioning.
If you are configuring only one area in your network, you do not need to run both Level 1 and 
Level 2 routing algorithms. You can configure the IS type as Level 1.
log-adjacency-changes
Generate a log messages for adjacency state changes.

Syntax
log-adjacency-changes
To disable this function, use the no log-adjacency-changes command.
Defaults Adjacency changes are not logged.

Information
This command allows you to monitor adjacency state changes, which are useful when you 
monitor large networks. Messages are logged in the system’s error message facility.
lsp-gen-interval
Set the minimum interval between successive generations of link-state packets (LSPs).

lsp-gen-interval [level-l | level-2] interval seconds 
[initial_wait_interval seconds [second_wait_interval seconds]]
To restore default values, use the no lsp-gen-interval [level-l | level-2] 
interval seconds [initial_wait_interval seconds 
[second_wait_interval seconds]] command.
