ip ospf dead-interval
Set the time interval since the last hello-packet was received from a router. After the interval elapses, the neighboring
routers declare the router dead.

Syntax
ip ospf dead-interval seconds
To return to the default values, use the no ip ospf dead-interval command.
Parameters
seconds
Enter the number of seconds for the interval. The range is from 1 to
65535. The default is 40 seconds.

Information
By default, the dead interval is four times the default hello-interval.
