Field Description
Link ID Identifies the router ID.
ADV Router Identifies the advertising router’s ID.
Age Displays the link state age.
Seq# Identifies the link state sequence number. This number enables you to identify old
or duplicate link state advertisements.
Checksum Displays the Fletcher checksum of an LSA’s complete contents.
Link count Displays the number of interfaces for that router.
show ip ospf database asbr-summary Displays only ASBR summary LSA information.
process-id Enter the OSPF Process ID to show a specific process.
If no Process ID is entered, command applies only to the first OSPF process.
link-state-id
(OPTIONAL) Specify LSA ID in dotted decimal format. The LSA ID value
depends on the LSA type, and it can be one of the following:
• the network’s IP address for Type 3 LSAs or Type 5 LSAs
• the router’s OSPF router ID for Type 1 LSAs or Type 4 LSAs
• the default destination (0.0.0.0) for Type 5 LSAs
adv-router
ip-address
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords
adv-router ip-address to display only the
LSA information about that router.
