Do not enter this command before creating the access-list.
ip pim query-interval

Change the frequency of PIM Router-Query messages.
Syntax
ip pim query-interval
seconds
To return to the default value, enter
no ip pim query-interval seconds command.

Use this feature to prevent a PIM source DR from sending register packets to an RP
for the specified multicast source and group.
Syntax ip pim register-filter access-list
To return to the default, use the no ip pim register-filter access-list command.
