Configure a port monitor source.
Syntax
source
interface destination interface direction {rx | tx | both}
To disable a monitor source, use the
no source interface destination interface direction {rx
| tx | both} command.

Usage
Information
interface Enter the one of the following keywords and slot/port
information:
For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
GigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE followed by the slot/port information.
For a SONET interface, enter the keyword
sonet followed by
the slot/port information.
destination
Enter the keyword destination to indicate the interface
destination.
direction {rx | tx | both}
Enter the keyword direction followed by one of the packet
directional indicators.
rx: to monitor receiving packets only
tx: to monitor transmitting packets only
both: to monitor both transmitting and receiving packets
