Uplink Failure Detection (UFD)

Overview

Uplink Failure Detection (UFD) provides detection of the loss of upstream

connectivity and, if used with NIC teaming, automatic recovery from a failed link.

Re-enable one or more downstream interfaces on the switch/router that are in a

UFD-disabled error state so that an interface can send and receive traffic.
