Configure the specified port channel as the chassis interconnect trunk between VLT
peers in the domain.

Information
Use peer-down-vlan to configure the VLAN from where the VLT peer forwards
packets received over the VLTi from an adjacent VLT peer that is down. When a
VLT peer with Bare Metal Provisioning (BMP) is booting up, it sends untagged
DHCP discover packets to its peer over the VLTi. Use this configuration to ensure
that the DHCP discover packets are forwarded to the VLAN on the DHCP server.

Assign the priority for master election among VLT peers.

To configure the primary role on a VLT peer, enter a lower value than the priority
value of the remote peer.
