debug ip bgp dampening [in | out]
To disable debugging, enter
no debug ip bgp dampening.

format.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword peer-group followed by the name of
the peer group.
in (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword in to view only events on inbound
BGP messages.
out
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword out to view only events on outbound
BGP messages.
