Display information about BGP keepalive messages.
Syntax
debug ip bgp [ip-address | peer-group peer-group-name] keepalives [in | out]
To disable debugging, use the 
no debug ip bgp [ip-address | peer-group 
peer-group-name] keepalives [in | out] command.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal 
format.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword peer-group followed by the name of 
the peer group.
in  (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword in to view only inbound keepalive 
messages. 
out
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword out to view only outbound keepalive 
messages.
