neighbor default-originate

Inject the default route to a BGP peer or neighbor.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} default-originate [route-map map-name]
To remove a default route, use the
no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}
default-originate command.

Information
If you apply a route map to a BGP peer or neighbor with the neighbor
default-originate command configured, the software does not apply the set filters in
the route map to that BGP peer or neighbor.

Assign a character string describing the neighbor or group of neighbors (peer group).
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} description text
To delete a description, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} description
command.
Parameters
ip-address
Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name
Enter the name of the peer group to set the default route of all routers in
that peer group.
route-map map-name (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword route-map followed by the name of a
configured route map.

ip-address
Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
