Syntax
debug ip bgp ipv6 unicast dampening [in | out]
To disable debugging, enter 
no debug ip bgp ipv6 unicast dampening.

peer-group-name] ipv6 unicast soft-reconfiguration command.
Parameters
in  (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword in to view only inbound dampened routes.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword out to view only outbound dampened 
routes.
