qos-policy-output — creates a QoS output policy.
class-map
Create/access a class map. Class maps differentiate traffic so that you can apply separate quality-of-
service policies to each class.

Syntax
class-map {match-all | match-any} class-map-name [cpu-qos] 
[layer2]
Parameters
match-all Determines how packets are evaluated when multiple match 
criteria exist. Enter the keywords match-all to determine 
that the packets must meet all the match criteria in order to 
be a member of the class.
match-any Determines how packets are evaluated when multiple match 
criteria exist. Enter the keywords match-any to determine 
that the packets must meet at least one of the match criteria 
in order to be a member of the class.
class-map-
name
Enter a name of the class for the class map in a character 
format (32 character maximum).
cpu-qos Enter the keyword cpu-qos to assign this Class Map to 
control plane traffic only (CoPP).
layer2 Enter the keyword layer2 to specify a Layer 2 Class Map. 
The default is Layer 3.
