seq
To a deny or permit filter in a prefix list while configuring the filter, assign a sequence number.

Syntax
seq sequence-number {deny | permit} {any} | [ip-prefix /nn {ge 
min-prefix-length} {le max-prefix-length}] | [bitmask number]
To delete a specific filter, use the no seq sequence-number {deny | 
permit} {any} | [ip-prefix {ge min-prefix-length} {le max-
prefix-length}] | [bitmask number].
Parameters
sequence-
number
Enter a number. The range is from 1 to 4294967294.
deny Enter the keyword deny to configure a filter to drop packets 
meeting this condition..
permit Enter the keyword permit to configure a filter to forward 
packets meeting this condition.
any (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword any to match any packets.
ip-prefix /nn (OPTIONAL) Specify an IP prefix in the network/length 
format. For example, 35.0.0.0/8 means match the first 8 bits 
of address 35.0.0.0.
ge min-prefix-
length
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword ge and then enter the 
minimum prefix length, which is a number from zero (0) to 
32.
le max-prefix-
length
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword le and then enter the 
maximum prefix length, which is a number from zero (0) to 
32.
bitmask 
number
Enter the keyword bitmask then enter a bit mask number in 
dotted decimal format.
Defaults Not configured.
